The UA Business Software National Training Programs™ are offered to provide both the first time user and the experienced user with the training and support they may require to use UA Software to its fullest extent. The first time user may select options that will "walk" them through the installation of the software from beginning to end and explain all of the configuration and set up options along the way. The experienced user may select among options that will provide them with the benefit of speaking directly to a training consultant, software support specialist or a software developer that may answer their specific questions regarding their software and their company. Either way you will receive the benefit of working with people who have extensive experience with UA Business Software and are dedicated to providing you the best training and support available.

One-on-One™

This program provides a training consultant in person directly to your location. One of our specialists will travel to your location and work directly with your staff to implement, configure and train your personnel on the particular UA Business Software modules required for your company. This program provides the exceptional benefit that you determine what material is covered and for how long. You set the agenda and our training consultant provides the "know how" for one-on-one training or in a group setting.

Cost: $1,195 per training day plus expenses.


National Training Classes

This three day class covers all aspects of setting up and operating your UA Business Software. On Day One we cover the sections entitled Basic Setup, Getting Started, Data Flow, General Ledger and Accounts Payable. In Day Two we spend four hours covering the Materials Management module and then move onto the Purchase Order and Order Entry modules. Day Three begins with four hours of training on the FRX Reporting System with a trainer from FRX Corporation and then moves on to the UA Accounts Receivable, Payroll and Job Cost modules. It concludes with a presentation of how the Materials Management module interfaces to the new E-Biz! Module. These classes are offered in our training facilities in Chicago, New Orleans and Los Angeles.

This program provides the registrant with standardized courseware including the class syllabus, course outline, Module Setup Guide™ and the Interactive Training Manual™. The Interactive Training Manual™ provides electronic linkages between the Module Operation Guides™ and the Training Manual™ using MS-Word™. The Module Operation Guides™ provide "behind the scenes" information on how certain fields effect the operation of this module, its data, and its relationship to other modules. The Training Manual™ serves as an excellent supplement to the User Manual and provides the reader with a "how to" approach to the operating the software with checklists and screen captures. The electronic component instantly hyperlinks the user from the Module Operation Guides™ directly to that particular section of the Training Manual™. This provides the user with a dynamic view of the software and an enriched learning experience.

This program is designed to provide you with all the tools necessary to deploy the software without any outside help. This package is mailed to you and supplements the UA User Manual with the Program Overview™, Module Setup Guide™, Module Operation Guides™ and Interactive Training Manual™.
